Sister of the late John Tobin, Francis Tobin, Paul Tobin, Edward Tobin, and Helen Osborne. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home 2055 Centre St. WEST ROXBURY, Thursday, Sept. 5th at 8:30 am, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. John Chrysostom Church at 10 o’clock. Visiting hours Thursday morning before Mass from 8:30 to 9:30am Relatives and friends invited. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Ceil was an avid Red Sox Fan, and Member of the Federal Government Assn. of Retired Employees.
