Virgil Aaron Priddy, Jr., 85, passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at Wesley Manor. A native of Hart Co., he retired after 35 years of service with the old Louisville Lamp Co, he was an Army veteran of both WWII and Korean Wars. He is preceded in death by his brother, Delmar A. Priddy. Survived by his brother, Merle Priddy (Wilma), Virgil had a special love for his nieces and nephews. A great appreciation goes to Wesley Manor and their staff for all the care and love they provided to Virgil. His funeral will be 12 pm Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. Burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be 4 pm to 8 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
