Barbara Plair Dorden, 54, of Tifton died Monday, August 26, 2013, at her residence. Private services and burial will be held at a later date.
Ms. Dorden was born on May 5, 1959 in Ocilla and was the daughter of Sam Thomas Plair and Nellie Smith Plair, both deceased. She was preceded in death by a special friend, Randy Lee Williams; and three brothers, Bobby Plair, Carol Plair and Monroe Plair. She was a homemaker.
Ms. Dorden is survived by two daughter and one son-in-law, Maria and Michael Turnmire and Tina Hutto, all of Tifton; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and Linda Plair of Tifton, Lee and Debra Plair of Enigma and Thomas and Betty Plair of Enigma; one sister and brother-in-law Martha and Steve Wood of Tifton; six grandchildren, Madeline Turnmire, Kelsie Turnmire, Gaven Turnmire, Calimb Deal, Quincy Hutto, Landon Hutto; two step-grandchildren, Christopher Coleman and Kasie Hutto; and two great-grandchildren, Bently Coleman and Caidynce Coleman.
