Obituary

Timothy A. Studebaker, 27 of Fisherville, passed away August 20, 2013.

He was a stock clerk at Wal-Mart and attended Southeast Christian Church.

Tim was a quiet man who loved his family and loved to make others laugh. From the time he was a young boy, following the punch line of all his jokes he would say “Get It” prompting even more laughter from his audience. He loved all children, especially his niece and nephews, and no matter what he had going on he would put it aside to get down on the floor and play games with the kids. Timothy was a generous person who was always alert to needs in the family and would quietly step in and provide whatever was required. He was great with his hands and could fix anything. Tim would joke with his sister that she always called him to her house when something was not working. But with his generous heart, he would always set right what was broken with a big smile on his face because he loved helping others. Timmy’s death is a tragedy and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him – along with his big smile, his deep laughter and the light in his eyes right before he would say “get
It?”

He is survived by his parents: Keith Studebaker and Gloria Pyle Studebaker: brothers, Andrew, Joshua (Aubrey), Joel and Benjamin Studebaker; sisters; Rebecca (John) Grignon, Lydia (Kerry) Nelson and Deborah Studebaker; Grandmother, Roberta (Sissy) Pyle; Grandfather, Carlos Pyle.
Also, survived by a niece and several nephews.

Funeral service will be held 11 am, Monday at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Rd. Visitation Sunday, 2-6 pm.
