Gilda (Souza) Gilman, age 94 of Fall River, passed away Aug. 22, 2013 at Somerset Clifton Nursing Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Jose Dias Souza and Maria (Costa) Souza. Prior to retiring, Gilda was the Owner of the former Gilda’s Dress Store in Fall River and had previously worked for the City Clerks Office in Naples, FL.
She is survived by several nieces & nephews, and was the sister of the late Joseph D. Souza Jr., Marion & Edward D Souza, Manuel, John S., Alfred S., & Frank Dias.
Her funeral service will take place in the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, INC. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River on MONDAY at 10:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
