Dorothy Hurst Wyndroski, 68, of Chula died Wednesday, August 21, 2013, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2013, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Rev. John O. Thomas will officiate with burial to follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Family friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 24, 2013, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mrs. Wyndroski was born on June 27, 1945 in Tifton and was the daughter of David Henry Hurst and Lois Louise Sutton Hurst, both deceased. She was a retired registered nurse and a member of Tifton’s First Assembly of God.
Mrs. Wyndroski is survived by her husband, Walter W. Wyndroski of Chula; one son and daughter-in-law, Walter David and Katrina Noel Wyndroski of Tifton; one daughter, Julie Ann Wyndroski of California; one sister, Patsy Lutrelle Hurst Parrish of Tifton; two grandchildren, James Homer and Kendal Homer; one nephew, David Lee Barfield of Tifton.
