Obituary

Robert W. Reinhardt, of Plymouth, died on August 18th at the Golden Living Center at the age of 92. The beloved husband of the late Julia (Bowers), he is survived by his children Robert Reinhardt II and his wife Louise of WI; Claudia Richardson of Plymouth, Beth Leary and her husband Paul of Plymouth and Karen Ellis and her husband Michael of Kingston. He also leaves 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Bob was born in Bay City, MI; son of the late Leonard and Mabel (Fisk) Reinhardt. He served in the U.S.Army during WWII. He was a member of the Masons, Kiwanis and volunteered for the American Cancer Society where he drove people to their appointments, Jordan Hospital and the Plymouth Public Library. He was very active in the Plymouth United Methodist Church where he was a member of the choir and a lay leader. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, sports especially Detroit teams, he loved people and was very caring. Bob especially loved spending time with his family.
There are no visiting hours. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 22nd at the Plymouth United Methodist Church, 29 Carver Rd in Plymouth at 10 AM. A private burial will be held at the National Cemetery in Bourne. Arrangements made by the Richard Davis Funeral Homes of Plymouth and Manomet. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the PUMC Memorial Garden Fund, 29 Carver Rd, Plymouth, MA 02360.
