Samuel Ralston, 60, passed away August 11, 2013 at University of Louisville Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his father David Ralston and his brother David T. Ralston.
He is survived by his mother Carrie Jo Ralston; sister Alma Vance (Terry) ; sons Chris and Ryan nephew Ben Vance (Lindsey); niece Kaleigh Shields (Joseph).
Funeral will be Saturday 1 P.M. at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in I.O.O.F Cemetery in Bedford , Ky
Visitation Friday 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. and Saturday after 12 Noon at the funeral home.
