Swansea... Elaine (Sirmalis) Grenon, 81 of Swansea passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Country Gardens Nursing Home.
She was the widow of George Grenon.
Born in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Ada (Guerra) Sirmalis and had resided in Swansea for the past 29 years.
Mrs. Grenon was employed as a Tax Assessor in the Town of Rehoboth before her retirement and enjoyed collecting and selling antiques with her husband.
She is survived by her son, Peter Grenon of Swansea, her brother John Sirmalis of Barrington, RI, 2 grandchildren, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
