In Boston, August 14, 2013 John M. Thomas husband of Beatrice Ann (Thomas) Thomas died at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center with his family by his side at the age of 79. Born in Taunton, John was the son of the late Thomas and Mannoush (George) Thomas. John was a graduate of Taunton Vocational High School and then enlisted into the US Army serving during the Korean War. He was a retired Senior Stacking Clerk at TMLP retiring in 1997. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus counsel 82, PACC and enjoyed cooking for all different activities at the PACC. He was preceded in death by his eight siblings. John was the father of Cynthia A. Clark of Assonet, Patricia J. Thomas Felici of Taunton, Judith M. Thomas of North Attleboro, John E. Thomas and his wife Kelli-Ann of Raynham and Rosemary Senra and her husband Frank of Dartmouth. Grandfather of Rachael, Zachary, Zoe, Michaela, Emily and Sophia. Great Grandfather of Bryson. Uncle of many nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling hours will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington Street in Taunton Sunday from 4-6 PM. A Mass will be held at St Mary’s Church in Taunton on Monday at 12 Noon. Interment St Joseph Cemetery in Taunton.
