DiGREGORIO- Of Chelsea, August 14th, Salvatore J. Devoted husband of the late Beverly (Starret). Beloved father of Joseph A. DiGregorio of Saugus and Patricia DiGregorio of Stoneham. Father-in-law of Robert Miranda of East Boston. Dear brother of Mary Christopher, Dorothy Indeck, Frederick DiGregorio and the late Alfred DiGregorio, Pauline Silva and Michael DiGregorio. Cherished grandfather of Nicole Miranda, Jessica Bouche, Kimberly DiGregorio, Anthony DiGregorio and the late Steven Miranda. Also lovingly survived by his great granchildren, Lexis Bouche as well as many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a period of visitation in the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, CHELSEA on Saturday, August 17th beginning at 9 AM followed by a Graveside Service at Oak Grove Cemetery, Playstead Road, Medford at 11 o'clock.
Born in East Boston and a resident of Chelsea for over 50 years who worked as a union painter for Local #577, Salvatore at 84 years of age, passed away at the Emerson Hospital in Concord after a brief illness.
