Stephanie Michele Graff, 33 of Jeffersontown passed away July 24, 2013 at Norton Audubon Hospital.
A Celebration of her will be held 2 pm Saturday August 24, 2013 at Hopewell Presbyterian Church 13721 New Hopewell Rd, Louisville, KY 40299
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hopewell Presbyterian Music Program.
