Steven G. Dilworth entered into rest at the Lighthouse Nursing Care Center in Revere on Monday, August 12. Born and raised in Medford, he was the son of Madeline (Pacheco) and the late John J. Dilworth Sr. He was self-employed, working for many years in the construction industry.
Steven was the devoted brother of Carol (Dilworth) Duffy of Medford, Kathleen (Dilworth) Mariano and her husband Paul of Dunstable, Joseph Dilworth of Medford, and the late John "Jack" Dilworth Jr. He was a loving uncle of Paul and Dawn Mariano, Melissa, Jonathan and Lindsi Dilworth, and a loving great uncle of Niko, Desiree, Marianna and Ava.
A funeral will be held from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD on Friday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford.
Family will be receiving visitors on Thursday from 4 through 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent in Steven's name to the Lighthouse Residence Activity Fund, 204 Proctor St., Revere, MA 02151.
