Elaine A. (Gingras) Godin, age 72, passed away on August 8, 2013 at the Heritage Hall West Nursing Home in Agawam. She was born on May 10, 1941 in Claremont, NH, a daughter of the late Desiree and Beatrice (Richards) Gingras. She leaves her 2 sons, Robert Godin and his wife Deborah of Chicopee and John Godin and his wife Julie of Chicopee; 1 daughter, Joann M. Kupiec of Palmer, 1 brother, Richard Gingras of VT and 5 beloved grandchildren, Megan, Jeremy, Cody, Amber and Danielle. Calling hours will be held on Monday, August 12, 2013 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian burial in Holy Name of Jesus Church at 10 a.m. with burial to follow in St Rose de Lima Cemetery.
