John T. “Jake” Trainor, Jr., 20, of Worcester, passed away Saturday, August 10th in St. Vincent Hospital. He leaves his father, John T. “Jack” Trainor, Sr.; his mother, Christine Fitzpatrick; his brothers, Shawn McKinnon and Alec Fitzpatrick, all of Worcester; his paternal grandmother, Theresa M. Trainor of Worcester; his maternal grandparents, Gerald and Kathy Fitzpatrick of Blackstone; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jake was predeceased by his grandfather, James C. Trainor, Sr. and his uncle, Joseph Trainor.
He was born in Worcester and enjoyed watching movies and listening to music.
Jake’s funeral will be held Thursday, August 15th with a service at 10:00 A.M. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Life Skills Program at South High Community School, 170 Apricot Street, Worcester, MA 01603, where Jake was a student.
