Bryan M. Kempher, 29, of Norfolk, Virginia died unexpectedly at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia .
He was born January 9, 1984 in Fredericksburg, Texas.
He served ten years in the US Navy.
He was a cook at Hells Kitchen in Norfolk, VA. He was a Boston Bruins hockey fan.
Survivors include his mother and step-father, Jodi (Ray) Beavers; father and step-mother, Steve (Marilyn) Kempher; maternal grandparents, Leo & Jeanie Conwell; paternal grandmother, Jeanine Kempher; two brothers, Eric Kempher and Cameron Kempher; two nephews, Gordon Leffel and Jordan Leffel.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Kyle Kempher, sister, Courtney Kempher and grandfather, Ron Kempher.
Service will be at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 14, at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Kent Stookey officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.
Burial of cremated remains will take place in East Maplewood Cemetery at a later date.
