MEDFORD: Helen R. (Richter) Hanson of Medford, age 86, died Saturday, August 3, 2013 in the Sawtelle Family Hospice House in Reading.
She is survived by her husband, Richard S. Hanson; her two sons, Richard S. “Kim” Hanson and his wife, Beth and Douglas Hanson and his wife, Debra all of Medford; four grandchildren, Rhea, Joshua, Chelsea and Michael Hanson; a brother, Douglas Richter and his wife, June of Tilton, NH, a sister-in-law, Joan Blake of Reading and the family dog, “Abby”.
A memorial service for Helen was held on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 11AM in the Congregational Church of West Medford, 400 High St., Medford. Many relatives and friends were in attendance.
