ROXIE HELEN (THOMAS) JEFFRIES, 81, passed away on July 25, 2013.
She was a retired employee of TARC and attended Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence G. “Jeff” Jeffries.
Survivors include her children, Clarence D. Jeffries (Doris), Stella Gill (Garnett), Loretta Crain, Eddie Jeffries (Debbie), Ella Cook, Joe C. Jeffries (Laurie), Jamie Jeffries, Ruth Ann Quinn and Florence Lee Petrecca; 20 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; her sister, Mary Rapp (Steve); and sister-in-law Diana Thomas.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Most Blessed Sacrament, 3509 Taylor Blvd. with burial in Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 – 8 p.m. Saturday and 12 p.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
