John B. Harvey, age 68, of Norton, formerly of Brockton, passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, July 25, 2013.
Born in New London, CT on August 30, 1944, he was a loving and devoted son of the late Arthur W. and Annette (Thibodeau) Harvey.
John grew up and was educated in Lynn. He furthered his education to become a graduate of Salem State College.
Prior to retiring, Mr. Harvey had been employed as an Assistant Manager at the North Easton Savings Bank.
Formerly of Brockton, he had made his home in Norton for the past 13 years. John’s interests included classic cars, country music and physic readings.
He is survived by many close friends.
His funeral Mass, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 7th at 9:00 A.M. in St. Mary’s Church, 330 Pratt St. (Route 106) Mansfield. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Mansfield.
Visiting hours have been omitted and those wishing may remember John with a donation in his memory to the charity of ones choice.
