Carl M. Welsh, 66, went home to his Lord Tuesday July 23, 2013 at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center.
Carl was born in Louisville to David & Lucille (Hudgins) Welsh, they preceded him in death.
Carl was a retired Truck Driver with 31 years experience and his most recent employer was USF Holland.
He was a U.S. Marine Vietnam Veteran and a Member of Teamsters Local # 89. He was a Baptist by Faith.
Survivors include his loving wife of 44 years, Pamela L. “Pam” (Hunt) Welsh; his children: Eric Welsh (Shanna) and Samantha A. Welsh;
3 Grandchildren: Austin & Hailey Turner and Brandon Welsh; 2 Brothers: Melvin Welsh (Judy) and Johnny Welsh (Debbie); a Sister: Sandy Floden (Augie).
Funeral Services will be held 12 Noon Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial to follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, with full military rites.
Visitation will Sunday 2 – 8 PM and Monday 9 AM - 12 PM
