Patricia A. (Gearaghty) Rabbitt of Medford, died peacefully at the Winchester Nursing Center. She was 80.
Patricia was a life-long Medford resident, the daughter of the late Joseph F. and Florence M. (Daley) Gearaghty. She worked as a telephone operator until her retirement. She was active at St. Joseph School and Parish in her younger years.
The devoted mother of John Rabbitt, Jr. and his wife Patricia of Winchester, James of Tewksbury, Brian of Somerville and mother-in-law of Cheryl of Medford, She was a cherished grandmother to James Jr., Joseph and Kristin Rabbitt and great-grandmother to Alanna, Declan and Kellan Rabbitt.
Her funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Friday, July 26th, at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford, at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday 3 - 7. Services will conclude with burial at Wildwood Cemetery, Winchester.
