Howard Reed Logan, 83, went home on July 21, 2013 surrounded by his loving family.
He was retired from Oscar Ewing Dairy. He was preceded in death by his son James H. Logan. Survived by his wife of 61 years, Dorothy (Houchens) Logan; daughters, Stella “Louise” Hill (Harvey), “Liz” Hines (Paul), Alice Marie Gee (Jerry); son, “Tim” Logan (Kelly); sisters, Mary Dishman (Ted), Lena Buck and brothers Russell (Stella) and Gene Logan (Betty); 14 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be Wednesday at 10 A.M. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Campbell-Chanute Cemetery in Pall Mall, Tennessee. Visitation will be Tuesday 1 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
