Obituary





WORCESTER: Brendan P. O’Brien 43, of Ridgely Rd., formerly of Spencer, died suddenly Tuesday July 16th. at his home.

He leaves his two sons Devin H. and Bryce D. O’Brien and his daughter Marissa K. O’Brien, his former wife April E. (Thompson) O’Brien al of Spencer, two brothers Stephen J. O’Brien and his wife Sharlene of Spencer, and John J. O’Brien, Jr. of Worcester, three sisters Claire A. Israelson and her husband Norman of No.Brookfield, Leslie M. Trenta and her husband Jack of Reston, Va., and Elizabeth M. O’Brien of Huntington, W.Va.,several nieces and nephews.

He was born in Worcester, the son of John J. and Mary-Jane (Bousquet) O’Brien.

Brendan worked at St. Gobain in Worcester for the past 20 years. He was a sports enthusiast and loved playing golf and basketball in the St. Gobain/Norton leagues.

Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation on Tuesday, July 23 from 4 to 6:30p.m. with a prayer service at 6:30pm. in the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. Burial will take place at a later time and at the convenience of the family.
