DORCAS D. “DOT” ROUARK, 75, passed away on July 14, 2013. She was the Past Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star, Brilliant Star Chapter #153, and attended Carlisle Avenue Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, James R. Rouark, Sr., her mother, and three brothers. Survivors include her children, Michael J. Rouark (Georgia), Bonnie Koontz (Ron), Shaun P. Rouark (Lisa) and James R. Rouark (Vicki); eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; her brother, Ray Sinclair (Barbara) and sister, Della Riddle. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 – 8 p.m. Tuesday.
