Radin, Richard A. “Rick”, 59, of Hanover, unexpectedly July 12, 2013. Beloved husband of Susan D. (Dwyer) Radin. Loving father of Katherine Radin, Gregory Radin and Victoria Radin, all of Hanover. Son of Dorothy (Levine) and the late Sumner Radin. Brother of Patricia Skoler and her husband Peter of Milton and Susan Lister and her husband Matthew of Indiana. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A resident of Hanover for 23 years, Rick was born in Worcester and raised in Brookline. He graduated from Brookline High School and from Brandeis University. Rick was a Manager for Blue Cross Blue Shield. He was a long time youth soccer coach, who worked with the same group of boys for more than 10 years. Rick also volunteered at many of his children's sporting events over the years. He was an avid sports fan, fondly following every Patriots and Red Sox game. He developed many great friendships through his storytelling and ability to make people laugh. Rick was a wonderful, kindhearted spirit who will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held in the MacDonald Funeral Home 1755 Ocean St (Rte. 139) Marshfield on Tuesday July 16, at 10 am.
A private Interment in the Hanover Center Cemetery will be held at a later date.
