Rocco Natarelli, known to many friends as "Rocky the gonner", died Tuesday at the Metro-West Medical Center, Natick. He was 72.
Originally from Boston's West End, He was the son of the late Joseph and Lena Natarelli. For most of his life Rocco worked in Boston's Haymarket as an independant produce vendor with his brothers and nephews.
He is the brother of Argentine "Archie" Natorelli of Medford and Helen Carr (Natarelli) of San Diego, California.He also leaves many loving nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held in the Dello Russo Funeral Chapel, Tuesday at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Saint Michael Cemetery, Roslindale.Relatives and friends may visit Monday from 4 to 8PM.
