DOROTHY (COOK) LEWIS, 75, passed away on July 9, 2013.
She was a retired employee of General Electric and a member of Eastern Star, Shepherdsville, KY.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin Lewis, by the father of her daughters, Charles Neagle, parents, Hubert & Edith Cook; her brothers, Sherril and Roy Cook.
and her stepdaughter, Brenda Ottersbach.
Survivors include her daughters, Gail Cox (Ronnie), Donna Reeder, Amanda Sue Clemons (Junior) and Melissa Curd (Bobby); stepchildren, Vickie Williams (Ron), David and Tony Lewis; twelve grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; brother, Russell Cook (Joyce), and sisters-in-law, Pat and Mary Cook.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Highland Memory Gardens, Mt. Washington, KY.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Friday.
