SOMERSET…Daniel J. Gagnon, 87, of Somerset passed away Tuesday July 9, 2013.
He was born in Fall River the son of the late Elias and Mary (Skok) Gagnon and had lived in Somerset/Fall River area his entire life.
He served in The United States Army during World War II. He was an avid card player.
Survivors include a Sister: Geraldine Dutra and her husband John of Oxford OH, 5 nephews: Stanley Pensak of Foxboro, Michael Dutra of Valley Village CA, Daniel Dutra of Bloomington IN, Paul Dutra of Cincinnati OH, John Dutra of Georgetown KY. He was the brother of the late Gerald Gagnon and Pauline Pensak. He was the uncle of the late Richard and David Drabble.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Saturday at 8:30AM at BOYKO MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 709 Broadway, Fall River, followed by Mass of Christian Burial 10AM at St. Stanislaus Church, Rockland Street, Fall River. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River.
