Wagner, John F. of Dedham, formerly of Hyde Park. July 9, 2013. Age 97. Beloved husband of the late Eleanor (Capone) Wagner. Devoted father of Arthur J. Wagner and his wife Geraldine of Norfolk and John G. Wagner and his wife Eileen of Dedham. Loving grandfather of Nicole and Christopher Wagner of Norfolk and Meredith and John Wagner Jr. of Dedham. Brother of the late Frank and Howard Wagner, Blanche Green, Gertrude Lailey, Marion Doyle, and Edith Fischer. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and his buddy Sam.
Funeral Service in the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St. Dedham, Friday at 12 Noon. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8PM. Interment in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham. Retired employee of New York, New Haven, & Hartford Railroad. Member of the Bocci Club of Readville for 76 years.
