Ida G (Bedard) Harvey 83 years old a long time resident of Lawrence Massachusetts died on July 7 2013 at the Mary Immaculate Nursing Home in Lawrence Massachusetts.
She was born in Methuen, Massachusetts to John and Irene (Bergeron) Bedard on August 15 1929. Educated in Methuen schools she worked for many years as a Wool Spinner at Malden Mills in Methuen. She was a parishioner of St Mary’s Church in Lawrence Massachusetts.
She is the wife of the late James J Harvey, she leaves her six children Charles J and his wife Shirley Harvey of Land O Lakes Florida daughter Claire and her husband Jerry Duncan of Drasco Arkansas son John and his wife Marissa of Las Vegas Nevada James J Jr Harvey of Providence Rhode Island Michael Harvey of Epping New Hampshire David Harvey of Tennessee. Her Grand-Daughter Tracey Labbe and husband Steven of Dunbarton, NH. She is also survived by four sisters and two brothers Lillian Croteau of Salem New Hampshire Cecile Checovich of Methuen Massachusetts, Teresa Parent of Methuen, Mary Jane Peppin of Methuen, Lionel Bedard of Methuen Massachusetts and Robert Bedard of Florida and pre-deceased by Gerard Bedard of Methuen Massachusetts, and Frederick Bedard of Lawrence Massachusetts as well as 12 grandchildren in three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 12, 2013 at 10:00AM at St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Lawrence. A burial will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence.
