Don Lott, age 62, of West Green, GA passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2013, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Waycross, GA following an extended illness. Mr. Lott was born on February 24, 1951, in Douglas, GA to the late Elisha Lott, Jr. and Hazel Juanita Hursey Lott, Jr.
Survivors include: his wife, Faye Lott of West Green, GA, two daughters, Jennifer Lott (Michael) Bryan of West Green, GA and Jan Lott (Brian) Bowen, of West Green, GA, five grandchildren, Ashleyn Adams, Allie Adams, Courtney Bryan, Michael Pittman, and Jesse Bowen, two brothers, Ronald “Bubba” Lott and Charlie Lott both of West Green, GA, one sister, Jacklyn Craft of Key West, FL, several nieces and nephews. He is preceded by a sister, Jean Trowell and a brother, Larry Lott.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 from 6-9 pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Burkett Baptist Church with Rev. Joe Lee and Rev. George Carroll Paulk officiating. Interment will follow at Burkett Cemetery.
