Whiting --- Robert Darwin, of Dedham formerly of Paducah, KY; died suddenly July 3, 2013. Beloved husband of Rosann (Shellenberg) Whiting. Loving father of Andrew Jeremiah Whiting and his wife Heidi Schmid Whiting of Chicago, IL. Cherished Papa of Roy Robert Whiting. Devoted brother of Annette Moore of Texas, Gloria Valdez of Kansas, Lawrence Whiting of Alaska, Joseph Whiting of South Dakota, and Clifford Whiting of South Dakota. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral from the Robert J. Lawler and Crosby Funeral Home 1803 Centre St. West Roxbury, on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at 9:00am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Holy Name Church, West Roxbury at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Visiting hours in the funeral home on Monday from 4:00 – 8:00pm.
Interment private.
