Esther H. (Healey) Lederer, age 76, passed away on June 30, 2013 at Wingate of East Longmeadow. She was born on May 17, 1937 in Springfield. She was a daughter of the late Cecil and Gladys (Meachaem) Healey. Esther worked as a book keeper for Lederer’s Bake Shop in Springfield for over 30 years before she retired around 1990. She leaves her son Eric Lederer of Fort Lauderdale, FL; 2 daughters, Sandra Bessette and her husband Raymond of Vernon, VT and Diane Twining of Chicopee; 1 brother Allyne Healey of FL; 3 sisters Florence Fleming of West Springfield, Louise Stebbins of Hampden and Irene Heim of West Springfield; 4 beloved grandchildren, Justin, Nicholas, Nathan and Jessica along with many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her son Paul Lederer and also by her sister Jean Wood. A memorial service will be held on July 21, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the First Baptist Church, 337 Piper Rd, West Springfield, MA.
