BRIDGEWATER - Ursula (Visconti) Nelson, of Bridgewater died Monday, Aug. 23, 2004, at home surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the wife of Warren Nelson.
Born in Germany on Dec. 20, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Anneliese Visconti.
Mrs. Nelson was a special project manager for CrossMark Food Trade in Norwood.
She was an avid reader and outdoor lover, especially beaches.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Gwen Nelson of Bridgewater; a son, Keith Nelson of Taunton; a sister, Renee Visconti of Sagamore Beach; a brother, Fred Stermann of Levittown, N.Y., and her mother-in-law, Dorothy Nelson of Dallas, Texas. She was also the sister-in-law of Barbara and Richard Frantkowski of Dallas, Texas, and Kathi and Steve Lozzi of Westwood. She was the daughter-in-law of the late Warren Nelson and sister of the late Samuel Visconti.
Her funeral service and burial will be private. Visiting hours will be held in the Prophett Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St. (Rte. 18), Bridgewater, Thursday 6-9 p.m.
