Evelyn (Bouchard) Laferriere, age 81 of Fall River went home to be with the Lord on June 24, 2013. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Annie (Almeida) Bouchard, a CNA at Crawford Nursing Home and a member of the Master Builder Christian Church.
Evelyn was the mother of George (wife Barbara) Laferriere and Edward Laferriere, sister of Florence Kupiec, and Roland Bouchard, grandmother of Nathan (wife Nastassia) Laferriere, Edward Laferriere, Brian Laferriere and many nieces and nephews. Evelyn was also sister of the late Arthur Bouchard, Anthony Bouchard, and Gladys Guilmette.
Her funeral will take place in the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on FRIDAY here at 10:30 A.M. Internment to follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. Calling hours on THURSDAY from 5- 8 P.M. www.rogersfuneral.com.
