Vincentio, Eugene A. “Jocko” of Roslindale, passed peacefully in his sleep on June 13th. He was a veteran of the Korean War and spent his career working for the Veteran's Administration. He was predeceased by his parents, Matteo and Carmella, his brothers, Arthur and Willy, and his sisters, Tessie and Louise. Lovingly survived by his brother, Albie, his sister, Marlene, his nephews and nieces and their families, and his wonderful community of friends at Roslindale House, BK's and Rozzie Square. Jocko enjoyed summers in Old Orchard Beach, ME, jumping the waves and playing with his favorite little dog, Lucy. Jocko was 'happy to be' and lived his life in kindness and in peace and always had a smile on his face. Visiting hours will be held at the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St., West Roxbury, Monday, June 17th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service at noon. Relatives and friends invited. Interment St. Michael Cemetery.
