WEBSTER – Donald H. Marsh, Sr., 71, formerly of Webster, died Wednesday, August 18, in St. Vincent Hospital. His wife, Barbara (Cacciapouti) Marsh, died in 1974.
He leaves 3 sons, Michael Marsh, David and his wife Linda Marsh, and John and his wife Lynn Marsh, all of Webster; 3 daughters, Susan and her husband Peter Choiniere of Webster, Lu-Ann Marsh of North Grosvenordale, CT, and Darlene A. and her husband Mark Stoever of Sterling; a brother, Herbert Marsh, Jr., of Dudley; 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son, Donald H. Marsh, Jr. in 1994, and by a brother, George Marsh, and a sister, Shirley Wagher.
He was born in Webster, son of Herbert Marsh, Sr., and Rose (Rodman) Marsh. He was a dye mixer at Cranston Print Works Co. for several years, and a member of Saint Louis Parish.
A graveside service will be held at 11:30 AM on Saturday, August 21, in Calvary Cemetery, Dudley. Calling hours at Scanlon Funeral Service, East Main Street, are from 7:00 to 9:00 Friday evening.
