Jusiyah Leon Cole Rodriguez, infant son of Amanda Rodriguez of Fitzgerald, died Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at his residence.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Jusiyah was born May 15, 2013 at Irwin County Hospital in Ocilla.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister: Dilila Ontiveros, step-father: Davoris Williams; his maternal grandfather: Arnulfo Rodriguez; and three uncles: Aaron Rodriguez, Jose Harper, and Junior Rodriguez.
