WELSCHER SR, Michael Gerard, 62, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2013.
He was a graduate of Flaget High School and was retired from Henry Vogt Machine Company.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Junie and Maggie Welscher.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa Parrish Welscher; children, Michael Gerard Welscher, Jr. (Tammy); Keith Allan Welscher; and Leslie Welscher Davis (Neil); step-children, Amanda Evans (John), Bradley Arnold, and Missy Martin Smith (Bill); brothers, Butch (Pat) and Tony (Debbie) Welscher; 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
His service will be 1pm Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with cremation to follow. Visitation will be Thursday 1-8pm and after 10am Friday until the service.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
