Obituary

Carolyn B. Webber, 72, of Windham, NH, died Tuesday at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH.

She was born and educated in Malden, MA and she graduated from Malden High School and Northeastern University. Carolyn had the honor of serving on many boards and committees in Windham. She was a member and Chairman of the Board of Selectman, a Library Trustee, a member of the Planning Board, a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a member of the Historic District Heritage Commission, a member of the Rail Trail Committee and the Depot Advisory Committee. She served for two years as State Rep for Rockingham County.

She enjoyed her 1965 Red Mustang as well as playing golf, railroad track cars, hunting and collecting antiques. She was of Native American heritage of the Mi’kmaq Tribe.

She is survived by her life partner, Carol (Newton) Pynn of Windham, NH, her step daughter Kendra and husband Rich Pelletier of Arlington, MA, her sister Phyllis Churchill of Windham, NH, her niece and nephew Kristen and Brian Churchill, 2 grandchildren Ryan and Connor Pelletier, as well as a grandnephew Kevin Donovan and grandniece Molly Donovan.

Calling hours will be Friday, June 14th from 4-8PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St Salem, NH. Funeral services are on Saturday, June 15th at 10:00AM at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Cemetery on the Hill in Windham, NH.
