Roger Tant
Grovetown, GA – Mr. Arthur Roger Tant, 88, went to “his paradise” on Monday, June 10, 2013.
Family members include daughter: Angela Key and husband David; son: Roger Tant and wife Dianne; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; and surviving brothers: Lewis and Gerald Tant. He was predeceased in death by his brothers: Frank, James, Dewis, Wyman and sister: Louise.
Mr. Tant was a native of Denmark, SC but lived in Grovetown for the last 30 years. He was a loving father and grandfather and would do anything for his family. He was an auto electric specialist and co-owner of Auto Electric Specialist. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Mr. Tant was a member of the Martinez Masonic Lodge #710, F&AM and Alee Shriners. He was a member of the VFW Post 15011.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. in Westover Memorial Park with Rev. Bill Hilley officiating. Family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.
