Joseph A. Lesha, Jr., 50, of Rockland died at the South Shore Hospital, Saturday June 8th after a brief illness. He was the son of Joan (Molloy) Lesha and the late Joseph A. Lesha, Sr.
Born in Boston, he has been a lifetime resident of Rockland and attended Rockland Schools.
Joe worked as a technical solderer, for a street lighting company. He loved music, playing his guitar, also loved history and politics.
In addition to his mother Joan, he is survived by his brother John Lesha, his sister Michele Lesha and her companion William Drosos all of Rockland; also his 2 nephews Theodore Lesha and Scott Drosos. He was also the brother of the late Gerard Lesha.
Relatives and friends are welcome to attend his visitation on Thursday June 13th from 4:00-7:00 in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth St. (Rte. 58 @ the rotary circle) Whitman, MA. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5 Manley Street, West Bridgewater, MA 02379.
