Obituary

Laconia--------Bruce Allen Hollins, 55, of 62 Merrimack Street, died suddenly at the Lakes Region General Hospital on Monday, June 3, 2013.

Bruce was born October 27, 1957 in Concord, N.H., the son of John and Lillian (Smith) Hollins. He was a long time resident of Franklin and had been employed at Watts Regulator for many years. He moved to Laconia two years ago.

Bruce enjoyed fishing, camping and hunting.

Survivors include his mother and father, John and Lillian (Smith) Hollins, of Boscawen, New Hampshire; two daughters, Nicole Hollins of Franklin, N.H. and Lynn Hollins of Laconia, N.H., a step-daughter, Tammy Labrie, of Penacook, N.H.; a step-son, John Dasnaw, of Concord; six grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; two brothers, John Hollins of Franklin, N.H. and Stephen Hollins of Ayer, Massachusetts and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife of 17 years, Dorothy (Blake) Hollins.

There will be no calling hours.

A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 11:00AM at the family lot in Blossom Hill Cemetery, 207 North State Street, Concord, N.H.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lakes Region General Hospital Emergency Room Depatrment, 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH 03246.
