New Bedford - Jennifer Minahan, age 37, passed away at her home on Sunday, August 15. She was the beloved mother of Melissa Cote of Pittsburgh, Evan Minahan of Pittsburgh and Trevor LaRoche of New Bedford. She was the stepdaughter of Donald Brummet of Columbus, Ga and Julia Braga of Largo, Fla. Jennifer had 4 sisters: Janet Sasseville of Acushnet, Jodi Wilson of Columbus, Ga., Jeryl Pimental of Acushnet and Julie Maciel of New Bedford. She was survived by her paternal grandmother Beatrice Medeiros of Dartmouth. She had 3 nieces; Jessica Sassevile of Acushnet, Jamie Pimental of Acushnet and Caitlyn Cardoso of Georgia. She also had 4 nephews; Jonathon Medeiros of New Bedford, Shaun King of New Bedford, Dylan Maciel of New Bedford and Mason Cardoso of Georgia.
Jennifer was born in New Bedford, daughter of Robert Braga of Largo, Fla and Joyce (Perry) Brummet of Columbus, Ga. Jennifer was a former switch-board operator for ANSA Ring Incorporation. Jennifer was a graduate of New Bedford Vocational High School Class of 1985.
Her funeral services will be held at the Perry Funeral Home on Friday, August 20, 2004 at 10 A.M. with burial at the Acushnet Cemetery immediately following. Visiting Hours will be on Thursday, August 19,2004 in the evening only from 7-9 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited.
