Elizabeth LaVerne (Geisel) Jamison, 96, went home to her Lord, Saturday June 1, 2013 at Baptist Hospital East.
She was born in Louisville to Julius H. Geisel and Mary O. (Blair) James.
She was a retired Maid for the old Louisville Manor Hotel and a devoted member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
She was an avid UK Basketball fan.
She was preceded in death by her loving Husband: Walter “Salty” Jamison and her “Best Friend” Ruby Parker.
Survivors include her loving friend, Stephanie Parker; Brother-in-Law: Ralph Jamison and a cousin: Henry McCormney (Elois) and lifelong friends
Harry Keltz, Greg Henson, Sue Goodman and Alma Wells.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
Visitation will be Tuesday 1 – 8 PM
