Connie Sue Thacker Griffin, 46, of Tifton died Friday, May 31, 2013, at her residence. Private services and burial will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Griffin was born on January 17, 1967 in Logan, West Virginia and was the daughter of Dorothy Bradley Burke of West Virginia and the late John Lewis Thacker. She was a homemaker.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Griffin is survived her husband, Jimmy Griffin of Tifton; one son, Jason Smith of Tifton; one daughter and son-in-law, Donna and John Lee of Tifton; two brothers, Bo Thacker of Fort Myers, Florida and Kenny Thacker of Tifton; one sister, Kathy Leonard of Jacksonville, Florida; five grandchildren, Britney Lee, Logan Lee, Abigail Lee, Madelynn Lee and Gracie Westbrook; one step-daughter, Angie Griffin; and a sister-in-law, Debbie Holley of Tifton.
