Kenneth W. Vinton, 88, passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at UMass/Memorial Hospital in Worcester.
Ken leaves 2 sons, and a brother, Donald P. Vinton and his wife Betty of Dudley and many nieces and nephews.
He was born in Webster, a son of Kenneth D. and Grace (Grenier) Vinton and lived and worked in California for many years before returning here.
He was a WWII Army veteran and served in the Medic Corps. Receiving his training at the Walter Reed Hospital. Ken was a member of the Quinebaug Seventh Day Adventist Church and enjoyed sports, especially baseball and basketball.
There are no calling hours and services will be private. Burial will be in Corbin Cemetery in Dudley.
The Robert J. Miller Funeral Home and Lake Chapel, 366 School St., Webster is assisting Ken’s family with arrangements.
