…Veteran, Raytheon retiree; 68
CHELMSFORD - Lawrence M. Fisher, 68, a retired machinist and Veteran, died peacefully at his Chelmsford home on Wednesday afternoon, May 29.
He was born in Rome, Maine, a son of the late Clifford and Florence (Hebb) Fisher. He had lived in Tewksbury since 1957, and had retired to the Chelmsford mobile home park.
He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
He was employed as a precision machinist for Raytheon, and had worked a several area plants including South Lowell and Andover.
He leaves two sons, Clifford M. Kinney and Walter L. Kinney both of Lowell; three grandchildren, Cameron and Tyler, and Jessica Laurin; a brother and two sisters-in-law, James C. Fisher and his wife Donna (Morris) Fisher of Tewksbury and Anne (Boutwell) Fisher of Lowell who was the wife of his late brother, John A. Fisher; and several nieces and nephews.
