New Bedford – Juan Gonzalez Jr., age 18, died unexpectedly Monday May 25th, 2013 at St. Luke’s Hospital. He was the loved son of Luz L. (Ardorno) and Juan Gonzalez of New Bedford. Juan, Jr. was born in New Bedford, lived here all his life and worked as a sales associate at Walmart.
Juan’s survivors include his parents; a brother, Jonathan Gonzalez; maternal grandparents, Saturnina Ortiz and Virgilio Adorno; paternal grandparents, Luz. N. Gonzalez and the late Fausto Gonzalez; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Juan greatly enjoyed spending time with his friends.
Juan’s funeral will be Thursday, May 30 at 9:30 A.M. at Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth ST. in New Bedford with a Religious service to begin at 10:00 A.M. Burial will follow at Rural Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Wednesday evening in the funeral home from 4 – 8 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited.
