Perry Abrams, 59, of Fitzgerald, died Sunday, May 26, 2013, at Heritage Healthcare at Osceola in Ocilla.
Memorial services will be held 6:30 PM, Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at West Side Baptist Church with the Rev. Jimmy Cargle officiating. Interment will be private.
Mr. Abrams was born April 26, 1954, in Alexander City, Alabama, to the late Robert and L.E. Britton Abrams. He was a truck driver in the food service industry. Mr. Abrams moved to Fitzgerald eight years ago after having lived in Alabama for most of his life. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law: Alison & Javier Hernandez; four grandchildren: Kamryn, Javy, and twins: Ashton & Julian; and one brother: Mike & Sandra Abrams of Goodwater, Alabama. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother: Jimmy Eugene Abrams.
